How to Apply

Note: Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Acceptance is subject to the following conditions:

1. Completion of the registration form.
2. Attachment of the required documents.
3. Upon confirming a vacancy in the requested grade, parents will be contacted to schedule a student interview and entrance exam.
4. The application is only considered official after the registration fee is paid. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total tuition fees upon acceptance.

I. Required Documents

(Clear copies of the following documents must be attached during the online application process)

A. Basic Documents for All Students:

1. A certified copy of the Birth Certificate.
2. Father’s ID.
3. Mother’s ID.
4. A Medical/Health Certificate (شهادة خلو أمراض).
5. A recent photo of the student.

B. Specific Documents for Grades (2 - 9):

1. A Transfer Certificate (certified by the previous school and the MOE).
2. Student report cards for the last two academic years.

C. Requirements for Specific Grades:

1. A copy of the Vaccination Record (Kindergarten students only).
2. A copy of the Student’s Passport (Grade 5 and Grade 8 students only).

II. Registration Fees and Payment Method

The registration fee is $50 USD. This is a non-refundable administrative fee that will be deducted from the total tuition fees if the student is admitted.
