Dear REA Parents,

I hope this email finds you and our dear students well and in excellent health. The Academy's team is busy preparing and working towards getting the school ready for the return of our students. Before that, however, and in keeping with my earlier message to you, I am pleased to invite you to a meeting to present and discuss the preparations for the new school term.  To avoid crowding we are organising the meetings according to the year your child is in.  If you have children in more than one year then you need only to attend one of the meetings outlined below.  We shall strictly adhere to the health prevention protocol by maintaining distance in seating arrangements, wearing masks and using sanitisers.  Please arrive wearing your masks fifteen minutes before allocated time so as to avoid crowds. I look forwarding to meeting you and welcoming you all.

أهالي الطلاب المحترمين،

نتمنّى أن تكونوا أنتم وطلابنا الأحبّاء بخير وعافية. بينما يعمل فريق الأكاديمية بجدّ تحضيراً للعام الدراسي القادم، وتعقيباً على رسالتي السابقة لكم، ‏أودّ أن أدعوكم لحضور اجتماع لمناقشة الفصل الدراسي الجديد.

تجنباً للتجمهر وحفاظاً على الصحة العامّة‏ ‏سنقوم بتنظيم مواعيد الاجتماعات لكل صفٍّ على حدىً؛ مع العلم بأنّه في ‏حال كان لديكم أطفال في أكثر من صفٍّ واحد فإنّ حضور اجتماع أيٍّ من الصفوف سيفي بالغرض. ‏

ستعقد الاجتماعات بالالتزام التام بإجراءات السلامة العامة من التباعد الاجتماعي ، وإرتداء الكمامات، واستخدام المعقمات الكحوليّة.

‏كما ونرجو من حضراتكم الوصول قبل موعد الاجتماع بـ١٥ دقيقة مراعين لكافة الاجراءات الوقائيّة لتجنّب التجمهر والاكتظاظ. ‏
